This pioneering course harnesses the proven science of “positive psychology”, together with various meditation and relaxation techniques, to boost your mood naturally, develop resilience and inner strengths, and improve your health and wellbeing.

Positive psychology has been shown to help increase motivation and optimism, and improve health – both short and long term. The techniques have proved particularly effective with mild to moderate depression – although you absolutely don’t need to be in a low mood to come on this course or to benefit from it!

Whatever your starting point, the strategies shared can keep you on an upward spiral of positive wellbeing!

“Mindfulness” and “Loving Kindness” meditations will also be taught, as research shows they are effective in not only calming the mind and enabling us to manage stress more effectively, but will increase a sense of wellbeing and self-esteem.

Total cost: £130 – includes a Study Book and Meditation CD. Can be paid in two installments – please contact me for further details

The 8 week course includes:

  • A 2 hour class per week, including refreshments.
  • In-depth handouts that build into a booklet that you can refer to after the course.
  • A meditation CD, “Mindfulness Meditation – A Beginner’s Guide” which offers 3 meditations of 10, 20 and 30 minutes duration.
  • Proven tools and strategies that can bring about the Change you seek!
