“Wellbeing Packages” are tailored to your needs.
From the ancient wisdom of Gentle Holistic Yoga to the new science of Positive Psychology and Resilience Coaching, including traditional Meditation or Relaxation techniques – I offer an Integrative coaching package that supports you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
When we “dip a toe” and have just one session or maybe something on an ad hoc basis, the changes we want don’t happen! Trained in Positive Psychology coaching, Motivational Interviewing (which helps us gently move through our blocks and resistance to change) and underpinned with counselling/psychotherapy skills your sessions are held safely, and with confidentiality. My role is to ensure you get clear on the changes you wish to make, devise manageable, consistent steps to move your forward – and provide encouragement and accountability to keep you on track! We have fun too!!
To fully support you in making the changes you want and need I offer “Wellbeing Packages” of varying lengths/combinations. Once you have received your initial complimentary session, we can decide on the best support for you (see Coaching and Therapies on Positive psychology Coaching page).
Wellbeing Package 1 – 3 x 1 hour sessions £165
Wellbeing Package 2 – 6 x 1 hour sessions £300
Wellbeing Package 3 – Your Monthly Self-care commitment. By setting up a monthly Direct Debit you have one hour per month of any coaching or therapy support you require. It’s so easy to let your own care slip by the wayside – this offers you a regular “check in” with how you are, where you want to be, and you gift yourself the space to stay on track. We can combine support too – 1/2 session on coaching and 1/2 on yoga for example. £40 per month via D/D (12 month commitment to yourself)
Individual Sessions (for regular clients) – £60 per hour
I also offer some reduced cost sessions for those in financial difficulty.
Cancellation Policy – I have a 48 hour cancellation policy – full fee payable.
