From the ancient wisdom of Gentle Holistic Yoga to the new science of Positive Psychology and Resilience Coaching, including traditional Meditation or Relaxation techniques – I offer an Integrative coaching package that supports you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Adding therapeutic yoga is a natural “fit” for me and I love weaving together these tools to support you in making positive changes, sharing the wisdom of “The Power of Slow” and neurobiology. This is health in a truly holistic way.
One session can give you a good start, although I prefer (and my clients benefit far more) when multiple sessions are booked. Why? When we “dip a toe” and have just one appointment or maybe something on an ad hoc basis, the changes we want don’t happen! Trained in Positive Psychology coaching, Motivational Interviewing (which helps us gently move through our blocks and resistance to change) and underpinned with counselling/psychotherapy skills, regular appointments give you a focus, a goal and a sense of achievement as changes are experienced.
Strict confidentiality is assured, and I work in a compassionate, supportive way. My role is to ensure you get clear on the changes you wish to make, devise manageable, consistent steps to move you forward – and provide encouragement and accountability to keep you on track.
What is included? An initial consultation of up to 20 minutes where we explore your needs, followed up with a questionnaire (emailed to you) to let me know about your more specific goals, and any health issues you may have. The tailored one-to-one sessions (one hour each) are either in person or via Zoom (easy to join and no sign up fees) with, depending on your reasons for coaching, follow up home practice and guidance. Music recordings, or audio lessons plus mid-session email support is also included. To fully support you in making the changes you want and need I offer “Wellbeing Packages” of varying lengths/combinations. A three session package is £165 and 6 sessions £295. Individual sessions are £60. If another variation of session length works better for you (i.e. a 2 hour slot – or twice weekly half hour sessions) this can be explored.
