Drawing on the wisdom of Mother Nature, this is the time of year to turn within and rest your body & mind from the busyness of spring, summer and even autumn. We need to rest and relax – to restore our inner energy levels, our immune system and our equilibrium.

Trouble sleeping? This session gives you the yoga practices to support better sleep – from a soothing bedtime yoga sequence, to calming breathwork and (most importantly) what to do during the day to support the slowing down of your nervous system.

Do you sleep well? Excellent! Yet we all need to Slow Down to take care of our health and often ‘relaxing’ ends up being in front of the TV or ‘just doing…’ (this, that and the other). Constructive rest – as taught in this workshop is really precious, and supports your health mentally, physically and emotionally.
