Rest – Relax – & Smile….

A gentle yoga class to ease out the aches and pains, the kinks and the knots, plus Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to rest your mind.

Moving slowly and mindfully, we can learn to listen more deeply and intuitively to what our body needs, rather than over-riding the signals that call out to us to slow down and rest.  Using the breath, (Pranayama breathing practices) we can both calm the mind, and increase energy in a grounded way.

WHEN: 1st Sunday of the month.  1pm – 2.10pm @ Cross Memorial Hall, Cross, nr Axbridge. Somerset. 

Cost: £7.50 OR if also attending the Sound & Silence group £5.  (A great way to prepare your mind and body for chant!)

Booking: Booking essential – and a pre-class health questionnaire will be sent to you so that I can tailor the class to your needs.

What to bring:  A mat, blanket, and pillow.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
