Responding to heartfelt sharing at our recent “Sound & Silence” chanting circle, this self-care workshop supports you in creating and developing a deeper connection to yourself and others at this time. It is a primal need to connect, yet at the moment due to Covid-19 restrictions, this can feel lacking, unsatisfactory, lonely, and alien. That sense of belonging, being cared for, giving and receiving is so important for our mental, physical and emotional health. How do we navigate this? How can we embrace this challenge and create something special, loving and even magical?
Join me on Sunday November 1st to explore practices from healing chant, Ayurveda, and yoga (asana and pranayama) to create a palpable sense of connection. We will also explore yoga philosophy with the intention of reminding ourselves that we are spiritual beings in a human body – and that whilst of course we have human needs, this time is also an invitation and opportunity to dive more deeply into our spiritual awareness and practice, and reframe our inner language.
This afternoon session is being offered both In-person AND simultaneously via Zoom for those that cannot/prefer not to meet in person.
