The Birch Moon Community Yoga Pass – Just £25 per month giving you access to both our live and recorded classes.

Monday – 10am – 11.15am.  Gentle Chi Yoga – Combining the wisdom of Hatha yoga and Eastern healing movement and practices, easy to follow and focusing on gently energising, relaxing and uplifting for mind, body and heart.

Tuesday – 7pm – 7.30pm.  Pranayama & Meditation.  Guided practice using the breath to calm the mind and body, preparing us for seated Mindfulness Meditation. No experience required.

Wednesday – 10am – 11.15am.  Gentle Holistic Yoga – The Power of Slow …by synchronising movement and breath we create a moving meditative style of yoga, developing strength, flexibility and a calm mind in an easeful way.

Friday – 1.45pm – 3pm.  Chill Zone – Extra slow, gentle and restorative…by allowing the body to pause for longer periods of time in a posture, we create an opportunity for the body and mind to relax deeply, unwind and release long-held tensions.  Always popular!

Podcasts – x 2 a month – From a short 15 minute relaxation session, to longer Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep/deep relaxation) and short yoga sequences, audio podcasts to support you between classes.
