Positive psychology offers tried and tested tools and strategies that can increase your optimism, lift your mood naturally, and helps to develop people’s strengths to bring meaning to their lives. It also has been show to help build resilience, increase motivation and optimism, and improves our health – both short and long term. Positive Psychology has proved particularly effective with mild to moderate depression. Mindfulness and Loving Kindness Meditations will also be taught as research shows they are effective in calming the mind and enables us to manage stress more effectively.
