Running a small business and being a sole trader takes a great deal of my time. Cancellation Policies are an important and integral part of running a professional organisation, they respect my time and protect my business and income and they offer you the opportunity to respect and care for your own needs. If you need to cancel please do try and find a friend to take your place or consider offering your place to someone who may otherwise not be able to afford these opportunities.
Please Note: All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Individual sessions – one-to-one yoga, chant or coaching appointments. Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hours and the full fee is payable/non-refundable. I will, where space permits, offer you an appointment later that same week.
- One day workshops and courses. If you cancel 4 weeks prior to the start of the event, your payment will be refunded, less the deposit. Less than 4 weeks and the full fee is non-refundable/full payment required.
- Retreats. If you cancel 6 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, your payment will be refunded, less the deposit. Less than 6 weeks and the full fee is non-refundable/full payment required.
- Yoga Holidays – Please request an updated cancellation policy for yoga holidays, as the venues have different conditions.
- The Sound of Grace Programme – This 6 month programme deposit is also non-transferable and non-refundable. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the start of the programme unless you are paying by instalment. If you cancel after 6 weeks, or during the 6 month programme, no refund is payable and full payment still required.
